It has been drafted in accordance with Royal Decree 6/2022 issuing the Omani Personal Data Protection Law (“PDPL”) and its Executive Regulations of 5 February 2024.

Transactional: Vehicle details, purchase & service history, chassis/VIN, inspection reports via Client submissions, REVEX technicians
Financial: IBAN, payment card token, credit-worthiness data (with consent) via Client, finance partners
Technical & Usage: IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookies, device identifiers via Website analytics tools
Marketing Preferences: Consent records, communication choices via Client submissions
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data without guardian consent, please contact us immediately.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
We process your personal data only when a lawful ground under the PDPL exists:

Government & Regulatory Authorities – Royal Oman Police, Oman Customs, MTCIT or courts where required by law.

All partners are contractually obliged to safeguard your data and use it only for the stated purpose.
6. International Transfers
Some processing (e.g., UAE vehicle sourcing, cloud hosting) may occur outside Oman. We ensure such transfers comply with PDPL Article 23 - only to jurisdictions with adequate protection or under strict contractual safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses, encryption in transit and at rest).
7. Data Subject Rights
Under Articles 8–15 of the PDPL you may, subject to legal limits, exercise the following rights:
Access – obtain a copy of data we hold about you.
Rectification – correct incomplete or inaccurate data.
Erasure – request deletion where processing is no longer necessary.
Restriction / Objection – contest or limit certain processing activities.
Data Portability – receive your data in a usable format or have it transferred to another controller.
Withdraw Consent – at any time for processing based on consent.
We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verified request, or explain why an extension is needed, as required by the Executive Regulations.

11. Automated Decision-Making
We do not rely on automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you. Where credit-scoring or fraud-screening tools are used by a finance partner, you will be informed and afforded the right to request human review.
